Kit license

The short version: one purchase covers one store, the agency license covers up to 5, and the files are yours to edit but not to resell or share.

This is the agreement between you (the buyer) and Infinite Strategies Global Inc, a Minnesota corporation doing business as Brands by Rashad ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading or installing the Totality Conversion Kit (the "Kit"), you agree to it. If you don't agree, don't install the Kit and email us for a refund within 30 days.

1. What you're buying

You're buying a license to use the Kit. You are not buying the Kit itself. We keep all rights to the code, docs, designs and names (Totality, Perihelion and the section names). Everything not granted below stays with us.

2. Standard license (one store)

One purchase lets you:

Install and use the Kit on one Shopify store that you own or run.
Edit the code, colors, text and layout as much as you want for that store.
Use it on that store's development and staging copies (unpublished theme copies don't count as a second store).
Move it to a different store you own if you stop using it on the first one.

3. Agency license (up to 5 client stores)

If you bought the Agency license add-on, you may also:

Install the Kit on up to 5 Shopify stores in total, including your own and stores you build or run for clients.
Charge your clients for your design, setup and build work.

Your clients get to use the Kit on their own store only. They may not copy it to other stores or pass it on. Need more than 5 stores? Email us.

4. What you can't do (any license)

Sell, give away, share, upload or publish the Kit files, in whole or in part, edited or not. This includes theme marketplaces, template shops, file-sharing sites, public code repositories, courses and group buys.
Use the Kit, or parts of it, to build a competing theme, section pack or template product.
Use it on more stores than your license covers.
Remove the copyright notices from the code files.
Say or imply that Shopify makes, sponsors or endorses the Kit.

5. Your store, your content

You own your store, products, photos, copy and data. The Kit ships with placeholder text and images only. You're responsible for what you put in it, including product claims, prices, discounts, countdown dates and reviews, and for following the laws and Shopify rules that apply to your store. The countdown, bundle and gift sections should only show real offers that your checkout actually honors.

6. Updates and support

Updates: you get fixes and any new sections released in the first 12 months after your purchase, at no extra cost. After that, everything you downloaded keeps working and stays licensed to you. Updates are covered by this same license.

We don't guarantee the Kit will work with every third-party app or with heavily customized themes.

7. 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from purchase. If a section won't work on your theme, send us the details. We'll fix it, or refund you in full, your choice. If you get a refund, your license ends and you must delete the Kit from your stores and files.

8. Done-for-you install

This is a service, not an extra license. The store we install on counts toward your license.

9. Ending the license

Your license ends automatically if you break this agreement. If that happens, remove the Kit from every store and delete your copies. Sections 1, 4, 10 and 11 still apply after the license ends.

10. No warranty, limited liability

Apart from the 30-day guarantee, the Kit is provided "as is", without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Kit.

11. General

Minnesota law governs this agreement. We may update it for future purchases; the version you bought under covers your purchase. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
